I'd like to clarify two important points, as they keep coming up repeatedly.
Character Market Transactions
We sometimes detect suspicious character market transactions. If I contact you to ask how you obtained a character, you must be able to provide proof that it was legitimately transferred to you (for example, a friend gave it to you for free).
If you cannot provide valid proof, both accounts involved in the transaction may be permanently banned.
Multi-Client (MC) Bypassing
MC bypassing is not limited to logging in with more than four characters.
It also includes using multiple IPs to bypass any of the server's MC restrictions, including:
- Participating in quests with more than 2 characters.
- Obtaining boss loot with more than 1 character per IP.
- Using your own characters on different IPs in the same party to gain the additional shared experience bonus.
- Any other attempt to bypass MC limits by splitting your characters across different IPs.
Even if you're only online with 2 characters, using different IPs to avoid these restrictions is still considered MC bypassing.
To avoid any issues, always log in with all of your characters from the same IP and never use multiple IPs to bypass the server's MC limits.
